Jessica Padilla is a Makeup Artist with over 10 years experience working in Film, TV, Theater, Editorial, and on Commercial Shoots. She is also a proud I.A.T.S.E Local 798 union member.
Jessica’s unique strength as a Makeup Artist is her ability to execute incredibly diverse looks; from theatrical and time-period specific makeups, to fresh and current beauty trends hot off the runway.
Her exceptional knowledge and artistic skill is due to her passion for beauty, dedication to learning and meticulous attention to detail. When she’s not on-set she can be found backstage during New York, Milan, and Paris Fashion Weeks.
Recent highlights include “Wonder Woman 1984,” “Fosse/Verdon” (FX), “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” (Netflix), “The Good Fight” (CBS), “POSE” (HBO), and Cirque de Soleil’s premier Broadway production “Paramour”.
A Freelancer and also an Educator on the East & West Coast of the United States and in Paris, be sure to look out for her classes – “Basic Business for Makeup Artists,” and “What Vintage is This?” As an expert in the field of historical makeup she was invited to bring this specific series to the Paris Institute for Critical Thinking as a Guest Lecturer.
